These regular absorbency tampons are made from GOTS certified organic cotton with a biodegradable cardboard twist applicator and a rounded tip. Each box holds 16, packed in a recycled cardboard tube instead of plastic. The core is wrapped in a safety layer so fibers stay put rather than shedding, which is the practical reason to care what a tampon is made of.
